Some Snapshots…

Amazing to find how the petals form a flower, I think it would be interesting to read Botany if I would get time 🙂

Pictures taken by Me : )

And the serenity of winter â€¦

… is complementing with my Reading, since I enjoys winter sometimes — especially the flowers.

The flowers are always blooming at this point of time of the year!
I am always enthralled by the fascinating colours that makes the flowers look so beautiful.

Reading and then looking at the creativity of the Great Creator, mesmerizes me and I often thinks how many varieties are still left to be created by Him, as all of these is just a drop of ocean as compared to the entire Universe (where I read somewhere it rains diamonds in Neptune and Uranus).

Just to describe in few words — ‘Unbearable Brightness Of Being!’

Harmony and Symphony – God’s ways

Generally writing requires a considerable amount of thoughts and then consolidating them in correct sequence to prepare a write up that reflects an individual’s own perception and is reflection of his or her thoughts. There are lots of things and then you find the same routine happening in day to day life. The idea is not to escape into an adventure run, but to make the journey more interesting. One cannot really predict what could be the thoughts and what could be going on, in the minds of soldiers who are protecting our country’s border in extreme conditions of Siachen. We could only seek the inspiration from them and apply them in our lives.

God has chosen each one of us for certain duties and that is why we are here. So, today I thought of representing some of my thoughts . Most of the time I prefer either reading or watching news, and has been away from writing the Blog posts. But today just thought of writing a Blog post myself, after a long pause. There are so much things going around — Border talks, environment concerns, global warming, terrorism and Mars mission.

Better are the lives of birds who are relieved from borders lines. If we view the world in a wider perspective, lots of things will look different — even the religious factor. The Entire universe and the planet where we live and how we are hampering the planet and the residents. The more we learn from nature and natural surroundings, the more we are closer to God.

God has created such a beautiful world, with everything inter related and yet so independent. The harmony and symphony it creates and the natural oscillation and resonance of the weather is so beautiful. The Sky creates a new painting everyday to make us smile. We always get new pattern of water droplets or fog dew and yet so similar. As a humankind we should unite and work towards the betterment of the human and others who inhabitant the earth, but we are busy in the things that should not be an issues. Look at the Himalayas, it is there to guard us. There are Honey bees who only knows the secret of making honey.  There are lots of things God has  created to make you happy, we should focus on them

God has taken care of every little detail so that our lives are safe and secure. We should read religious scriptures and take the positive teachings from them. Every religion has something good.

Maybe God has created humans to think in this way only, this must be also God’s conspiracy, Stay tuned for some of His beautiful ways.

An ordinary person may consider meditation as a worship or prayer. But it is not so. Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do with awareness is meditation. “Watching your breath” is meditation; listening to the birds is meditation. As long as these activities are free from any other distraction to the mind, it is effective meditation

Regular meditation calms down the restlessness of the mind, and decreases the number of distracting thoughts, bringing a sense of inner peace and relaxation. As the sense of inner peace increases, the ability to concentrate and focus the mind improves.

If you explore the world of meditation, you will find that there are many meditation techniques. Besides the classical techniques, almost every meditation teacher invents some of his own. The multiplicity of meditation techniques and methods causes some confusion for people who are new to the subject. They do not know where to start and which method to follow.

There are various Indian meditation techniques, Buddhist meditations, and other Eastern or Western techniques. Even guided imagination and creative visualization are a certain type of meditation. You can now learn and practice meditation wherever you are, not just in the exotic Far East.

The question is not what technique or method to choose. The crucial question is what do you expect to attain or gain, and does the method you choose lead you to your aim. Are you just after physical relaxation, a little inner peace, or do you want to gain real peace of mind? Maybe your aim is the attainment of enlightenment.

There are techniques that instruct you to concentrate on sounds, on your breathing or on your movements. Others tell you to think on a sentence, quote or prayer, while other methods tell you to repeat a mantra. In all of these methods you are actually teaching the mind to stick to one object, action or thought.

You can sit by the sea and watch the waves, follow a cloud in the sky or concentrate on a certain subject and try to understand it. You can repeat a prayer or think about god. These too, are all various methods of meditation. The main theme of all of them is the act of focusing the mind on one single subject, in other words concentration.

Take it from another point of view, So how do golf and photography connect? Well maybe they don’t entirely. Golf is meditative as well if you let it be. You need to go to the course and allow yourself to just enjoy the game, relax and take everything in, leave everything behind and focus on the game. When you do, your game improves. If you drive yourself, the game is no fun and your shots will be in the trees. Photography is similar. Learn the skills. Read the information that gets you where you need to be. Then enjoy the process. Observe what’s around you. Try to look at the world differently and focus on the small details that enhance the surroundings.

One thing that amazes me about photography is that If you like sun rise, then go out and shoot a sunrise at 5:00AM. I bet you’ll see something different every time you click (even from the same place!).

Try Meditation and enjoy the beauty of nature (or just your work and goals) .
